Dress code and Props for filming
Hello, bloggers I'm here to explain some of the necessary props and dress code we had for filming. When pre-filming often we would pick up or move objects to fit the scene better. We had the advantage of filming in a wide open space (Callie's living room) that had many blankets already laying around to be moved for scenes. However, some more specific thing we needed were to be properly dressed for a slumber party in pajamas.
- Since we were filming immediately after school most of us just carried it with us then changed later. We had no specific colors needed to wear so it would look more natural.
For some props we used around the house we had a candle to make a seen more ominous and shift for lighting as well with flickering of the lights. We had a deck of Uno cards to make it more accurate that we were playing a game or having fun at lie normal slumber party's. Natalie also made a deck of tarot cards for a start of a scene that was part of the script.
Another set of props we had were the Pills were for the overdose scene. We had them laid out on the floor for the scene and were sure to use precaution we crossed out the actual name on the pill bottle and throw away any left over pills because we did not have a fake replacement
