Production Blog: Figuring out the steps

Hi everyone, it's Natalie! It's been a while since I did a production blog about and now I am doing one surrounding my upcoming project, a music video. My group and I have started to try and see as to where we might be able to gather and get certain props and other things we might need for the video. But, towards the filing process all of us can agree it has been a little difficult in figuring out what concepts we want the audience to perceive after watching the video, the exact shots and angles we want to incorporate. There are ideas that we have been throwing but, actually establishing them has been something where it's been a bit complicated. Also, when trying to figure out the exact locations on where to shoot parts of the video have been a bit complex as well. For instance for the parts we want to filmed outside, what time of day would be best for lighting or weather. Or in those locations are we even allowed to film there. It all consists of a lot of factors. But, I would feel as if the music video should mostly commit in the darkness, night time. To give that mysterious type of mood towards the music video. Towards the props we should all defiantly keep looking to get the ones are missing and the ones we are waiting to find. I want everything to have detail in the music video good descriptions. The fact that we are doing a Taylor Swift song as well knowing of how she is well known for putting Easter eggs in the music video. I was thinking that maybe we can incorporate some as well. The filming techniques she is known for using as well can help really feel like we are making a real music video for her. So as of right now that's all going on for the music video! Till next time!
