  Hey guys! I will be doing a research analysis on "The Meg". This is a movie about a prehistoric creature found by a group of researchers that is very deadly and hostile. Starting off, in many scenes the lighting will be red to represent danger. Red is commonly known as a darker lighting, this color conserves power under emergency. The lighting will also flash which results in a feeling of panic for the viewer. The film features a lot of over the shoulder shots. Most of the over the shots are from the shark itself and or the researchers struggling to figure out how to get out of the situations they are put in. The over the shoulder shots give a rough perspective to what the person is doing in front of them or what they are looking at. There are many motion tracking shots showing where the shark is going. Hey blog! I will be doing a research analysis on "Saw X". This is the last movie of the saw series which is known for its horrific special effects that leaves the viewer feeling squeamish. Starting off, the lighting in multiple parts of this movie is dim and tinted yellow or blue. The tinted lighting gives a rustic edgy feeling to the horror movies leaving an eerie visual for the watcher. The movie uses action matching to show the mastermind behind the movie planning his machines on a blank sheet of paper with a pencil. Action matching helps to highlight important scenes in the movie. In this scene we are seeing how John Kramer plans his machines. Throughout the movie we get to see different unique props and puzzles used, most of them being metal and rustic looking, These puzzles connect to the special effects in the movie and go hand in hand with the gore, horror aspect. Hi everyone! The movie I chose is called the Black Phone. It is a horror film that is known to have moments in which the audience feel themselves at the edge of their seats, The elements that fit with my final task are things such as the lighting, editing, acting, and so on. Both film are made to highlight the resiliency of youth, it is a serial killer horror film that also fits with my film in ways that it has a scary sense of realism. The movie also has a designated color palate and aesthetic. These key factors will also take place within my film, my color palate will match within characters and the aesthetic with me the eerie atmosphere of a tragedy with a nasty secret, hidden with privilege. The film uses moments of cross fading which will also be used within my film. The also use a fast pace will I well be using in the film near the middle. Hey everyone it's Natalie, and in todays blog I will be discussing my final design regarding the genre I choose. And with analyzing all those genres I will like my opening sequence to to be a horror/thriller. With that being said I found all the intricate detail surrounding everything about the movie when it came to the different usages of camera work that can included. To making and figuring out what the sets and props should be, look like etc. It all to me can be a very instructing experience that I am very exited to proceed with. So I found this drama to be a very creative and and while researching this specific genre I have came to learn that this consists of various attributes that contain there having not a lot of emotion as well as a lot of situations related to relationships most likely and action related to building the plot and having complexity to have people be very intrigued. When compared to other drama's it seems as the actor's execution of the characters is what really makes the film. So with the being said a perfect example I thought that matched with these attributes had to be the movie Scary movie.  In this film it its clear it has all attributes that leads up to being a spectacular comedy. I personally do find this genre to be very intriguing and it I feel as if directing one would be fun as well, though comedy a seems to not consist of a lot due to there having to be a lot of things that have to

Now whether the show/movie etc. is real or not the whole story of horror has a strong complexity to it as you really have to have an enormous imagination to put everything together. As how well hopefully that the stuff they need to work with are fake and that's a whole different thing. And the things such as the sets for example, for a horror story those are extremely important due to how they are common to be a main source of the film that like ties everything together and it has to be very details. To begin with the first pitch I have for this final task will revolve around a horror story line that shows a lot of mischief and mystery. As to where my other pitch for the final task is in relation to making a more positive warm hearted video to help put attention to a topic that is a feel good topic. So with that being said those two I feel for myself, are the most enjoyable, and the most entertaining and with that I feel those are the ones I am look forward to doing the most. Ive come to terms that I'd like to work alone on the final task. The reason being surrounds the fact I feel as if this project requires a really planned out execution and I feel as if I already have something in mind. And I feel as if I can handle making the project come to life on my own and within all the other aspects I already have a somewhat solid idea. This project has a lot of aspects where it involves decision making constantly so I feel with just myself as we'll it'd be a bunch more easier.  As well as gathering things like the actors especially and with them willing to participate is a big thing that is needed in the move.
